  2. This user agreement constitutes a binding contract between you the user and GonekaTourism.com with regards to the use of various services that are provided by GonekaTourism.com.

    Goenka Travel reserve the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the services are offered through the website including but not limited the charge for the services provided through the website. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceeding shall be in English language.

The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation act,1996 and modification thereof as in force at the relevant time.

Neither shall GonekaTourism be responsible for the delay or inability to use this website or services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtain from Goenka Travels whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
